I love sleeping, sleeping is one of my favorite activities. However, sleep sometimes evades me. Over the course of my 26 years I have found a few things that help me drift off to sleep and stay asleep until morning.
First I put my Essential Oils Sleepy Cream on my feet. I love this stuff! It is lavender oil, peace & calming, and coconut oil.
Next - I put my EOS peppermint lip balm on. I don't know that it contributes to my sleep however comma it is my routine.
Then I use my Bath & Body Words Sleep lotion.
Sometimes I will diffuse Lavender and Peace & Calming if I feel like it
After I put all of this on I pray with Philip, kiss him goodnight, and go to sleep.
