We've been back from Hawaii for 2 weeks. My tan has faded and begun to peel away. My jet lag is all but gone. I want to go back - so very badly. I am tellin' ya man - it is like LOST. I want to go back to the Island. It is just SO freaking beautiful! The easiest way to do this is to do day by day. So here is Day 1. This is us at the airport. I was freaking out because I am terrified of flying. This is right after I popped my Xanax and finally felt ok. 
Up IN THE AIR - I blasted worship the whole time to keep me calm. 
We got to Seattle and then rushed to our next flight...which was on a BABY plane...horrifying!!
We had an overnight layover in Portland so I got to meet & hang out with & have a sleepover with Stephanie!!
We grabbed a quick dinner and got the infamous Voodoo Donuts! Portland looks super cool but we were super tired so we didn't spend much time exploring. 
They say the carpet in PDX is famous. When in Rome...
By the Grace of God our 6 hour 40 minute flight only took 5 hours and 30 minutes! The last 5 rows of the plane were completely empty and I got to layout on all the seats and sleep! I got about 2 hours of on and off sleep! Then we were in Hawaii!!

Girl - I'm so proud of you taking the flight. I've always said I could never go to Hawaii just because of that trip!
