Faithful Link Up

Happy Easter!

This month I have the pleasure of linking up with Jayden from Life as Jayden for the first Faithful Link Up  Last month the wonderful Stephanie was the co-host and this month I get to do it!

5 Goals Toward God:

1) Cast all my cares upon God. Today I am flying to Hawaii and I am scared! I am going to cast my cares on Christ and trust that He will see me through. {Philippians 4:7And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.}

2) Read my Bible Every. Day.  I say that I want God to change me, for Him to have complete control over my life, that I want to be like Him and there are more than 1 day a week I can't find the time read His word? It is my priority to do read the Bible every day this month, even Sundays!  {Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.}

3) Be better about nagging Philip. I don't really nag a lot but I do not want to nag at all {Proverbs 21:19 Better to live in a desert than with a quarrelsome and nagging wife.}

4) Read one book that is non fiction that will spur me on in my walk with Christ. {Proverbs 9:10
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.}

5) Be more responsible with my time going after the dreams God has for me! {Proverbs 31:15 She rises while it is yet night and provides food for her household and portions for her maidens.}

Scripture of the Month:

Thank you Jayden for asking me to Cohost this month! You are such a gem! The linkup is open until April 12th - link up with us!

  1. Great post, Mary Keith! Loved it! One of my goals is to start reading my Bible every day too. I found that when I schedule everything else around my bible study time, I have more time to do it and I don't feel rushed. I'm able to really dig deep when doing this! I also love your scripture of the month, truly inspiring! Great goals!
